WIRE TRANSFER: We accept wire-transfers worldwide. Go through the standard checkout steps, put in all your shipping information once you received a shipping quote and total print out the order form. Fax us a copy of your shopping cart contents to 631-451-2408. We'll call you with all the details on how to do wire-transfer over the phone. The total transferred must include shipping cost. The shipping cost may be adjusted for international addresses and overweight orders. Delay in shipping your order may occur if the wire-transfer received is different from the order total amount. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. We now offer 2% discount for orders paid with wire-transfers.
PAY BY CHECK: PRE-PAY with a Check: Pre-payment with cashier's check or money order is accepted. Go thru the checkout steps, put in all your shipping information once you received a shipping quote and total print out the order form. Then get a cashier's check or money order from your bank for the exact amount make it out to 123securityproducts.com and mail the check with a copy of the order sheet to:

RETURN POLICY:
All our products are brand new and come with full factory warranties. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The following is a guideline for returns or exchanges.
Defective returns: You may return defective items to us with a Return Authorization(RMA) only. A Return Authorization is issued subject to each manufacturer's repair or replacement policy. Email info@123securityproducts.com for an RMA#. Packages received without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be refused.
Non-defective returns: Please check your package immediately. You may return non-defective items within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. All returns must have an RETURN MERCAHNDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, please email info@123securityproducts.com for your RMA #. Include a brief statement of why he item is being returned along with the name and address we originally shipped the item to. An RMA will be emailed back to you with instructions. For security purposes, any items presented without an RMA number on the outside box will be refused and sent back to the recipient.
CONDITION OF RETURN:
All exchanged /returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise over 5000.00 is considered a special order and subject to a restocking fee of 25% if cancelled, no exceptions.
