the ECOR264 X1 Series is based on H.264 compression technology, resulting in enhanced recording capacity and improved network image transmission speed with high image quality. Comprehensive features including remote viewing directly on SmartPhone and PDA portable devices and extended event recording settings enable the almost universal application of this DVR series.

I have owned a few different manufacturers of DVRs and by far Everfocus's GUI interface is the best to use.
The ECOR264's are reasonably priced and give the user all the basic features one may need. (Posted on 7/21/12)
