LIMITED WARRANTY
NUVICO will repair and, if necessary, replace, without charge, any merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service for the period of two (2) years from the date of the invoice of the product. The repaired or replaced product is then warranted under the terms of the limited warranty for the balance of the term of the warranty. The exception to this limited warranty is the hard disk failure on Digital Video Recorder which shall follow the limited warranty of the hard disk's manufacturer.
All goods requiring warranty repair shall be sent freight prepaid to NUVICO, 53 Smith St., Englewood, NJ 07631. Repairs made necessary by reason of misuse, alteration, normal wear, accident, or natural disaster are not covered under this warranty.
NUVICO assumes no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application made of the Products. NUVICO's liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, infringement of any rights of any party or product liability, relating to the Products shall not exceed the price paid by the Dealer to NUVICO for such Products. In no event will NUVICO be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of use, loss of profit and claims of third parties) however caused, whether by the negligence of NUVICO or otherwise. ADVANCE REPLACEMENT
NUVICO will advance replace defective equipment that has failed upon initial install (bad-out-of-box) with new or like new product for a period of 90 days from the original date of shipment. All replacements will be invoiced at shipment and credited upon receipt of the defective product. Invoices will remain outstanding if the returned product does not qualify for replacement. ON-WARRANTY REPAIR
Buyer will be charged on all repairs and shipping costs for out of warranty products. Charges may vary based on the actual product and condition. Repair charges may be based on parts and labor.
