Clean Room Ring Master Station Use with BBF863 Flush Backbox or with BBS863 Surface Backbox Has Film Foil Front Plate. The AA917 is designed for normal use as a flush or surface mounted Master Station for hospitals etc., where easy cleaning and wipe-down sterilization is required. It is used with the model BBF863 (flush) or BBS863 (surface) backbox.The station's frontplate is fully covered with a thin Antimicrobial film, protecting the station's loudspeaker and microphone. The station is specially designed for use in hospital operating rooms, patient isolation rooms, biological laboratories, restaurants and clean room manufacturing, etc. The Antimicrobial film frontplate with speaker and microphone allows for normal hands-free conversation with a range of approx. 3-5 meters (10-15 feet). The station's keyboard consists of 10 numeric dialling keys (DTMF), push-to-talk key (T), cancel key (X), volume UP/DOWN keys, privacy key (P) and a microphone mute key (M).
