The EX72MX4V0409-N is precision engineered for total explosion protection, even when installed very close to operating equipment. Meters, fluid levels, and high-speed mechanical processes in environments that could be dangerous to human health can be monitored safely and effectively from a distance. The EX72MX4V0409-N incorporates high-strength design, featuring construction of sand-cast, copper-free aluminum strong enough to withstand an internal explosion. Threaded flame paths extinguish burning explosive gases and allows them to exit the housing harmlessly, without risking ignition in the external environment.
