Netpromax, Inc. provides 2 year Parts and Labor warranty to most of our products from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The ZX, HDX, HX, and FX series DVR, offers 2 year warranty while the MX and HVR offer a 1 year warranty. During this period, Netpromax will repair or replace components of the product that is tested as defective from consumer's regular usage. This Limited Warranty shall not apply to the defective product that has caused by consumer's unreasonable use, accident, negligence or modification done other than by Netpromax's authorized service technician.
