Plug-in Transformer-24VAC-20VA Primary: 120 VAC Secondary: 24VAC(20 VA) U.L. Listed - for Indoor Use. Alpha Communications® features a complete line of U.L.® Listed plug-in transformer to power it's intercoms, video-intercoms, nurse-call systems, and various signalling systems and devices.

The Alpha Communications® Class 2 plug-in transformer was designed for quick and easy installation in applications where pigtail-type transformer is impractical or unsightly. This is particularly suitable for use in home or office installations, or in areas where the transformer must be exposed. T1240 model can be secured to the electrical outlet with a set screw for secure installation, once plugged in to the wall outlet. A built-in thermal fuse protects these transformers from overheating and igniting. Secondary connections are made to convenient screw terminals. This models is U.L. listed for class II indoor wiring, and most models have a built-in LED power 'on' indicator.
