The SD4CBW-PG-E1 from Pelco is a Spectra IV Outdoor Day/Night PTZ Dome Camera, 23X. The Pelco SD4CBW-PG-E1 is an industrial grade PTZ dome camera suitable for securing banks, shopping centers, government buildings, sports complexes and similar environments of a high security nature. Some of the highlights of its varied PTZ functions include a powerful 23x optical zoom lens for bringing suspicious objects into close view; high speed pan and tilt operation for quickly following a person or object; and a generous 256 preset positions for automated operation. All this power is contained inside a weatheproof enclosure, allowing safe camera operation in virtually any weather and temperature condition. As part of Pelco's Spectra series cameras, this unit is composed of three major components; a back box, a dome drive (camera) and a lower dome (bubble) - each available for separate purchase. This type of configuration will allow a user to upgrade or replace an individual component without having to purchase a whole new unit, thus preserving an original investment.
