The Optex AX-200TFR is an outdoor battery operated and wireless-ready photoelectric detector featuring a 200' detection zone.

The battery powered AX-200TFR is a revolution in the perimeter security industry, offering a significant cost saving alternative to a traditional hardwired system. No trenching or wiring is required, drastically reducing labor time and installation costs. The unit comes wireless ready with a multi-functional back box and is compatible with most manufacturers wireless systems. The AX-200TFR comes with four 3.6V batteries (two for each side), with a minimum lifespan of 3 years.

Long Battery Life:

Model AX-200TFR has an average battery lifespan (Tx: 3 yrs./ Rx: 5 yrs.). Uses four LSH20 (3.6 V, 13 Ah) batteries manufactured by SAFT.

Multifunction Back Box:

The spacious multi-function back box has room for wireless transmitters, lead wires, output terminals, batteries, and is tamper-resistant.

Easy Battery Replacement:

It allows you to easily replace the batteries without opening the front cover. Not necessary to do the optical alignment.

Triple Tamper Functions:

Form C output activates when either cover or back box as well as chassis is removed.

Low Battery Output LED:

The unit automatically outputs when the battery power becomes low. *To monitor the low battery signal, another wireless transmitter is required. Low battery LED will flicker when a front cover is removed.

Intermittent Output Function:

Alarm signals are sent periodically to avoid missed alarm while the beam is broken. Its function is effective for wireless systems which do not recognize "Restore" status.

Battery Saving Timer:

Alarm output activation are limited by a timer to 2 minutes. Even if there are continuous alarm events, the alarm output operates only once in the timer period. It prolongs the battery life of a wireless transmitter
