Good after-sale serviceMy order arrived with missing parts (6 small magnets) so I called the number on the invoice. The call was answered by an human who quickly transferred me to the right person to handle the problem. Jesse Spergel walked out to his warehouse to make sure they had the magnets in stock (they did) and told me that he would get them in the mail that same day. He apologized for their error and I was off the phone within five minutes. The parts arrived in two days.
