Hanwha Vision Security SLA-2985D 1/3-inch DC Varifocal Auto Iris, 2.9~8.5mm F1.2, CS-mount
A Varifocal lens allows the installer to adjust the field of view (zoom) to meet the needs of the application. Unlike a motorized zoom lens, a varifocal lens cannot be remotely adjusted. The advantage of a varifocal lens is that it is much lower cost than a zoom lens. The SLA series of varifocal lenses are high quality IR corrected auto iris lenses that are well suited for use with the high resolution Hanwha Vision Techwin cameras. All of these lenses feature high optical performance without the ghosting or aberrations found in ordinary binary varifocal lenses.
