Alpha VCU309 APT Videointercom Control Unit

APT Videointercom Control Unit Requires 1- T2440 Transformer. Use One VCU309 for Each 30 (or Less) APT Monitor Stations. The Alpha Communications® / S.T.R.™ VCU309 amplifier/power supply is used with the S.T.R.™ 'NoCoax' type video-intercom systems, to provide intercom amplification, power to operate the electric door opener(s) etc., and power to operate the video monitor units. The VCU309 unit require a 24VAC (40VA) low-voltage Class II transformer for power. Use our model T2440 (12VAC) plugin transformer for each VCU309.

These VCU309 amplifier/power supply is designed to easily surface mount right onto the finished wall by means of customer supplied screws or the convenient plastic 'Din Rail' bracket supplied with each power supply. Connection is positive screw terminal type. The VCU309 is used for each 30 (or less) 'NoCoax' type video intercom monitor / handset stations on a system.
