True Day & Night w/ IR-cut Filter:
The WMB-500Ap is designed with a removable IR-cut filter for true day & night (TDN) video surveillance. The WMB-500Ap is designed with IR LED, which can be triggered by sensor, for low illumination. The WMB-500Ap can provide excellent video quality in different light conditions.
Easy & Flexible Installation:
The WMB-500Ap offers a wide variety of data transmission options to meet different needs. The WMB-500Ap supports 3G/ 4G (WiMAX/ LTE) wireless connectivity. Users can utilize 3G network in areas where cabling installation would be costly or difficult. Also, the WMB-500Ap supports PoE (Power over Ethernet) which allows the cameras to transmit data and receive power through the same cable.
Alarm Capability & Two-Way Audio:
The WMB-500Ap supports DI/DO (Digital Input/ Digital Output) for external alarm device. Users can also set event notifications using the web interface and the camera will automatically send messages or snapshots to specified e-mail addresses or FTP server. The WMB-500Ap also supports two-way audio which can be used over a local area network (LAN), through any Internet browser, or via any 3G mobile devices. These features enhance the efficiency of management and provides more reliability.
All-In-One Surveillance:
By integrating with the Brickcom BP-1000 power battery pack, the WMB-500Ap can support edge recording - the camera can continue recording and storing the data to the micro SD/ SDHC memory card (sold separately) when the network or power connection is interrupted. The WMB-500Ap is equipped with a privacy feature which allows users to mask the camera's live view. A black screen will be displayed in place of the live view window. This application is particularly useful when the camera is being used for home surveillance. With the privacy button, the user can have privacy when they are going about their daily life.
