At 123 Security, we are committed to providing exceptional service to ensure your shopping experience is straightforward and enjoyable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items that are in their original condition within 45 days. All products purchased from us come with the manufacturer's full warranty and support. Additionally, we offer a variety of technical support options for orders that fall outside the return window.

RMA Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to ensure full credit and avoid additional fees.

  1. This return must be accompanied by an RMA number. Only items shown on the RMA can be returned.
  2. Pack all products carefully to avoid damage from shipping. Original shipping boxes preferred.
  3. Products MUST be packed in shipping boxes! DO NOT write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging.
  4. Products must be returned complete with all components, screw packs, etc. Open screw packs will damage the product in transit, so pack all parts carefully. Omitted components will be replaced at customer expense.
  5. Credit is contingent upon return inspection.

Terms & Conditions

123 Security reserves the right to refuse returns or impose a 25% restocking fee if items are not in new condition, in their original unaltered box (intact UPC code), and do not include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, and manuals. Refunds will only be issued for the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

Like-new condition: An item is in "like-new" condition if it is fully operational with all features functioning as intended, without any signs of wear or use such as scratches, dents, or blemishes, and retains its original shine and finish. It must include all original accessories and packaging, which should be undamaged and unaltered. The item must not have undergone any repairs or modifications and should be clean, free of dust, stains, or odors, with no exposure to water or other liquids. Our inspection team employs advanced technological tools to assess each item against these strict standards to determine its eligibility for a refund.

All Alpha, Axis, Google, Mobotix, Ring & TP-Link items are not returnable.

The following product categories are not eligible for return: monitors/TVs >37 inches, custom recorders, hard drives, software, consumables, special orders, carbon monoxide detectors, nitrogen-based products, body temperature cameras, covert/hidden cameras, PAL devices, cables, programmable proximity devices (e.g., cards, custom-coded readers), key tags, key fobs, networking equipment, power supplies, and all final sale clearance items unless specified otherwise.

Damaged or Defective

If you receive an order with damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within two days. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will resolve it. Defective items will be replaced with the same item; if that item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer cross shipping. Returns must be received and inspected before we can ship a replacement. For a faster replacement, we recommend returning your item for a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Estimated refund timing: Refund is issued within 30 days after we receive the item. Once we issue your refund, it takes up to 7 days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. A partial or zero refund may apply based on returned item condition as per our policy.

Repairs & Warranties

In-Warranty Service: 123 Security will assist with any product that has become defective within the specific manufacturer’s warranty period. Warranty terms and conditions differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some manufacturers will not honor warranties unless certain requirements are met, and due diligence performed by customers (such as obtaining service or repair ticket numbers from factory technical support). Specific warranty information can be obtained by contacting 123 Security or the manufacturers directly. 123 Security will assume no responsibility for failure to follow manufacturer set guidelines.

Non-Warranty Repairs: We are a factory authorized service station, providing warranty repairs for numerous leading manufacturers. For non-warranty repairs sent to 123 Security, we typically complete an evaluation within 48 business hours of receiving the item. Once assessed, we will provide you with a FREE estimate, which can be shared via fax, phone, or email. After receiving your approval, the repair will be completed promptly and prepared for shipping at the earliest opportunity. Payments are accepted through all major credit cards or by opening an account with us (subject to credit approval). Surveillance equipment repairs are backed by our exclusive six month warranty.

Warranty claims shall not apply to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification, water, fire, dirt, lightning, paint, contamination, vermin, or to use in violation of instructions furnished, nor extended to units which have been repaired or altered outside of the factory.

Limited Liability

123 Security is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. 123 Security is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased from 123 Security, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if 123 Security has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

CIRCUMVENTING SYSTEMS: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE TRACK AND RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBERS (S/N) OF ALL PRODUCTS. THIS MEASURE IS IN PLACE TO PREVENT FRAUD AND ENSURE THE INTEGRITY OF OUR RETURNS PROCESS. BY PURCHASING FROM US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT TO THIS PRACTICE.
