Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, 123 Security reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (intact S/N) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
All returns must be set up through our RMA process and provided a RMA number within 30 days of the product delivery date. After 30 days if a RMA has not been previously set up the order is no longer eligible for a RMA. Once a RMA is set up and you are provided a RMA number you will have 2 weeks from the RMA date to return/replace your order. If you order has not been checked into warehouse within the 2 week time period your RMA is automatically voided. If we receive your order after the 2 week period, it will be sent back.
Axis & Ring, items are not returnable.
Specific product categories are ineligible for return including, but not limited to, monitors >37", custom recorders, Hard Drives, software, consumables, special orders, PAL devices, cables, Axis Products, Ring Products, cards, key tags, key fobs, opened routers, opened hubs, opened network switches, and final sale clearance items.
If you've received an order containing damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within two days with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right.
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
We don't cross ship. Returns must be received and inspected before we ship a replacement. If you need a quicker replacement, we recommend returning your item for a refund (if eligible) and simply placing a new order.
After we inspect your return, we will promptly credit your account for the full purchase price of the product(s) less shipping. The refund will be issued to the credit card account used for the original purchase.
Returned orders over $5,000 are considered special order and will incur a restocking fee up to 25%
A manufacturer warranty backs most products sold on 123SecurityProducts.com. Although 123 Security does not itself warranty the products we sell, we do assist you in resolving issues during the warranty period. If you experience problems with any product you purchased that offers a manufacturer warranty, please contact support. We will either facilitate a resolution or put you in contact with the manufacturer so that they might assist you directly.
Keep in mind that 123 Security and our suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased from 123 Security, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if 123 Security or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Warranty claims shall not apply to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification, water, fire, dirt, lightning, paint, contamination, vermin, or to use in violation of instructions furnished, nor extended to units which have been repaired or altered outside of the factory.
