The ONS-R100-KM1Q from Seco-Larm is an occupancy notification system, monitor up to 2 rooms. Detects occupancy via PIR/light or both, monitor use time, redirect traffic when monitored room is in use, simple enough for DIY installation, each transmitter can be monitored by an unlimited number of receivers, choose from 2-channel desk/wall mount receiver for 1-channel wall mount receiver, power: 5~12VDC, micro USB or terminals.
